Q: How do I contact the Roseland Lost and Found?
A: If you lost an item at a show at the Roseland, please call 971-230-0033 or email info@roselandpdx.com and we will try to reunite you with your item.
Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: The majority of shows have tickets available through Ticketswest. Tickets can be purchased online through our website, click the “Buy Tickets” link. The Roseland Theater also has a Ticketswest outlet in Peter’s Room and tickets can be purchased after door time on show nights.

Q: Does the Roseland Box Office still have service charges on tickets?
A: Yes, we are a Ticketswest outlet and all service charges apply on ticket purchases.
Q: What type of payment does the Roseland Theater accept?
A: The Roseland Theater accepts CASH ONLY at the day of show box office, upstairs and downstairs bars. The Grill, which serves food and sells tickets to future shows, accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is an ATM located on the main floor of the theater.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled.
Q: What type of accommodations for people with disabilities does the Roseland Theater have?
A: If you have special needs, please alert our security staff upon your arrival and we will do what we can to help. We do have an elevator if you are unable to walk up stairs and can provide seating on the main floor. We suggest arriving early to the show so that security can assist you.
Q: How old do you have to be to attend a show at The Roseland Theater or Peter’s Room?
A: Unless otherwise posted, all shows are All Ages. Please check our show listings for more information.
Q: Do I need ID to enter the venue?
A: An ID is only required if you are entering the drinking area or if the show is 21+. Because we are an all ages venue, we take checking ID’s very seriously. In compliance with Oregon Laws, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is stricly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
Q: Does the Roseland Theater have seats?
A: Unless a show is advertised as seated, there are two areas to the theater. There is the over 21, seated area in the balcony, and the General Admissions, all ages, standing room only area.
Q: What time does the band usually go on?
A: The time listed on the website and on your ticket is the time the show will start. The venue doors will open one hour prior to this time. If there are opening acts, then they will be starting the show at the time listed on the website and on your ticket.
Q: Does the Roseland Theater offer food?
A: Yes, Peter’s room on the main floor has a tasty menu that includes pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, sweets, and other yummy edibles. Please click here to view our full menu
Q: Can I smoke in the Roseland Theater?
A: No. In accordance with Oregon Law, the Roseland Theater is a non-smoking venue. There is a designated smoking area outside and we offer reentry should you choose to go outside and smoke.
Q: What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?
A: Recording policies are at the band’s discretion and change night to night. You may bring yoru camera with the understanding that you might need to take it back to your car before the show starts.

A: Yes, you can sign up for our list via our website here. New sign ups will be eligible to win tickets to a show!
