Does the Roseland Theater have a Lost and Found?
Yes, please contact us at info@roselandpdx.com with your name, phone number, item details, and the show it was lost at and we will try to reunite you with your item.

Can I avoid extra ticket fees if I purchase tickets directly from the venue?
The Roseland Theater is a TicketsWest outlet, so buying tickets from us is the same as buying them from TicketsWest online, over the phone, or at any of their outlets. There is no way to avoid any service fees.

Is there a coat check?
During winter months we do offer a coat check in our lobby for $2. (Please note that the Roseland Theater is not responsible for any lost or stolen items)

When do shows generally end?
Show schedules are different depending on the show, but generally speaking, the end anywhere from 11:00pm-1:00am. When available we post the show schedules on our FACEBOOK page

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Generally speaking, we do not allow any audio, video, or professional gear. On a show by show basis, point and shoot digital cameras are allowed. Please email info@roselandpdx.com or visit our FACEBOOK page to see if the show you are going to will be allowing cameras.

Where is the best place to park when going to a show?
There are three Pay-To-Park parking lots located behind the venue on NW Couch St.  These are open during all show times. There is also limited on-street parking available.

Does the Roseland Theater have seats?
There is a seated balcony for patrons that are 21+ as it is a bar. These seats are generally on a first come, first serve basis. We do sell the seats in advance for a select number of shows, and if that is an option, you can find this information on the TicketsWest purchasing page for the show. The General admission area does not have seats .
